I woke up to a painful side-ache...
A reminder that I'm getting older and have to give up some of my favorite foods.

Non Dairy

Life without cheese is almost unbearable;
Creamy, rich, melted and juicy.
I just can't handle the non dairy substitutes.
Except for my vanilla soy latte from Starbucks...
It's SOy delicious!
Bottom line, this non-dairy lifestyle is NOT giving me gas, but it's not giving me pleasure either!
