Spa massage, steam room, sauna and salt scrub!
Another dip in the pool,
Dinner at the steakhouse,
A glass of wine in the hot tub...
Sleep, wake and repeat!

You Cannot Do Everything At Once...

I put too much pressure on myself to do it all.
Classic overachiever-
Thankfully, I'm getting much better at letting go...
And, saying "No."
I can't please everyone, or do everything anymore.
If I don't get to "it" today,
I'm positive I'll make it a priority tomorrow.

DMV

Remember when going to the DMV was an all day event?
I'm pleased to report that my Driver's License renewal only took 22 minutes from start to finish!
Thanks to the online appointment I booked!
That and the failing economy-
A sure factor in motivating DMV employees that their job is easily replaced...
All I know is that I got fast service, with a friendly smile.
I didn't even have to retake the written test...
That was a pleasant early birthday present!

Beach Day! ...again.

I have plenty of work that needs to get done,
But a day in the sun sure sounds fun.
Life is short, and I believe in balance.
