Fall

Overcast skies,
Crisp chill in the air.
Pumpkin Spice lattés keep me warm and satisfied.
Layered clothes in rich earthy tones;
Topped off with a bold scarf and fashionable hat.
My internal clock reminds me that the time change is rapidly approaching.
Short days, equal cozy nights,
I love the fall!

Spring Forward!

This time change always hurts!

I'm grateful for the extra sun,

But the first night is brutal!

I desperately miss the hour of sleep.

Ugh...
