Go Into Your Zen

When the mind is overwhelmed there’s only one thing to do:
Close your eyes;
Take a deep breath;
And go into your Zen.
Meditation is the key to finding peace of mind.
Refocusing on the present;
Releasing the past;
Remembering the future will resolve itself later.
