Do It!

The gnawing feeling that I should be doing more;
The creative process is often a delicate balancing act of pushing past our limitations and accepting the present for what it has to offer.
Like my grandpa used to say, “if you want to do it, do it––if you don’t want to do it, don’t do it.”
There is no stopping the power of creativity; it is a force that––once in motion––cannot be stalled.

Go Into Your Zen

When the mind is overwhelmed there’s only one thing to do:
Close your eyes;
Take a deep breath;
And go into your Zen.
Meditation is the key to finding peace of mind.
Refocusing on the present;
Releasing the past;
Remembering the future will resolve itself later.

Flip The Switch

Fear is a defense mechanism, which stops you from pursuing your purpose.
Flip the switch from fear to fearless;
Exposing the endless possibilities that your future holds.

Ready for Adventure

When you live in the present;

Everything is an adventure.

Mindful of the fact that time is measured in our ability to stay aware. 

Without judgment, fear, doubt, stress, or anxiety—anything could happen!

Awake

There is beauty in releasing ego and embracing awareness;
No goal or accomplishment is greater than the inner peace that comes out of release.
The Presence of life––in this moment is all we have;
Breathe through the fear of inadequacy and awake the spirit:
Mind, body, and soul in search of light.
Just like dawn shocks the sky with gorgeous light from complete darkness––our life begins anew each day with purpose beyond who we are, or what we do.
We are more than ego, we are a connected energy.

Life Lesson No. "Who's Keeping Track?!"

I will continue to set goals that are inline with my dreams;
Leaving room for the surprises that shape my life.
Every twist and turn on my journey creates growth, opportunity and adventure.
There is nothing I cannot overcome with Faith, hard work, creativity, laughter and fearlessness.
Life is too short to live any other way.

Opportunity Awaits

In order to manifest the life that we plan for ourselves,

We must first be ready to accept the opportunity that is right in front if us,

Regardless of how overwhelming or frightening it may be.

The adventure that awaits us is "the plan."

A young boy full of ambition and fearlessness-

Ready to conquer my childhood dreams,

I would move mountains if I had to.

Relentless, driven and full of charisma,

Opportunities arise!

Sixteen years, life takes its toll, and idealism fades,

Daily struggle is for the young?!

No!

Every dream is worth fighting for.

Remember that boy who lived inside?

He's still there full of passion.

Underneath life's lessons and doubt remains the fire-
