Random Observation:

The more work I get done, the more I have left to do!
I'm beginning to think I should just stop working...

Get It Done! A Cheesy Poem...

Wake up early to start the day;
Lists "to do" aren't going away.
Working hard to get it done-
I just can't wait for weekend fun!

Zen Needed ASAP

Waking up early.
Laundry list of things to do;
One of them IS actually laundry.
Days like today can be overwhelming.
I could take up drinking in the morning?
No. Not my style.
Brew my coffee,
Clear my mind-
Make the bed, (I can cross that off the list.)
Get dressed and go to yoga,
Surly meditation will help!
I hope so!
Release the stress...

I'm Going to Need A Bigger Clipboard!

Woke up early this morning with a loaded agenda-
By the time I fed the puppies and myself, did my morning workout and took a shower I was ready to begin!
Sat down in front of my computer and got sucked into a Google Search black hole!
Aside from the fact that I read up on the latest celebrity gossip...
I've accomplished absolutely nothing in the past hour and a half.
Which wouldn't be an issue if the past two days weren't filled with exactly the same!
I've got to start crossing things off my list, or I'm going to need a bigger clipboard!

That's Life

Today I had a list of shit on my desk a mile long of all the things that I needed to get accomplished...
Guess what?
I got to cross two things off that list!
What a sad day.
It hurts my head and my heart when I don't get to slash a bold line across some silly task that should only take five minutes to finish!
UHG.
Like my Gram always says, "That's life Mattsky! You've got to take the good with the bad."
I'm ready for the good to keep back in!

Check List.

I always feel so much better when I give myself goals.
Yoga- Check.
Laundry- Check.
Give my dogs a haircut- Check.
Get a hair cut- Check.
Finish two writing projects- Check.
Clean the house- Check.
Connect with social media to maintain online presence- Check.
It's lame I know, but I just get such piece of mind when I can look down and see where my day went.
Now if you'll excuse me,
I need a drink!
