Tonight I came face to face with a former friend.
I'm disappointed that the encounter was strained, to say the least.
When did our love turn to hate?
How does it happen?
It breaks my heart-
Friends should inspire one another not tear them down.
I've always been told that time heals all wounds...
I hope that's true.
