I'm pleased to present the latest parody from A Group Production!
Fashion and comedy collide in our campy couture parody of Project Runway.
We were lucky to get an allstar cast including;
The brilliant Liam Kyle Sullivan from VH1's I Hate My 30's
and as Kelly in the YouTube sensation "Shoes!"
From Reno 911 the marvelous Kristina Hayes,
from Last Comic Standing, the hilarious Amy Claire and of course all of the
usuals are here too!
We hope our parody will leave you in stitches!

The OSCARS are near!
It's that time of year...
Awards season is in full force!
Like any die hard High School Drama Club geek, I LOVE watching the Academy Awards telecast.
Even in an off year!
And I hate to admit it, but I think we can all agree there is no real front runner in the race for Best Picture...
Which is why our company A Group Production, LLC decided to produce a fun parody tribute to this years Best Picture nominees.
Don't worry if you don't recognize the majority of the 9 films (yep... NINE mostly mediocre films were nominated) in the category for Best Picture! I think our 4 minute parody pretty much sums up everything you need to know...
Enjoy!

The Way We See It!
I'm thrilled to share that as we continue to expand our company A Group Production, and (hopefully) sell a TV show... We've just uploaded our latest segment!
Imagine how great it would be if "The Daily Show" and "Politically Incorrect" got married and had an adopted gay baby? "The Way We See It" is the news delivered with a witty, flashy and fabulous spin! Jeff Payton reports on REAL new headlines and current events with his dry, intelligent and pun-filled humor, while I provide an off-the-cuff commentary and entertaining insight!

True Blood Season 4
Waiting sucks! But thanks to A Group Production, the wait is over!
I'm pleased to present True Blood The Parody - Fairy Land:
WE always have a blast making parodies of our favorite television shows and movies. But I must admit, making this one was off the charts! Our cast including Jeff Payton, James Snyder and Beckie King rocked it out! However, the genius Amy Claire stole the show as Sookie!
Hope you enjoy!

Directing Is Fun Too!

My life's ambition is and has always been about the creative process.
As much as I love to act and perform on stage, screen or living room-
I'm also deeply passionate about directing.
As an actor, I get to focus on the journey of the character I'm playing. I get to pretend to live in this imaginative world. I get to explore emotions I might not ever experience in my real life. I get to play out a fantasy, and people watch as the story unfolds...
Where as a director, I get to blaze further into the fantasy. I enjoy building an entire world on stage or screen and collaborating with actors, writers, set, costume and lighting designers to craft an artificial reality- It really is an out of this world experience!
Especially for an artistic control freak with big ideas, like myself. Directing is about bringing a writers imagination on the page, to life on stage or screen...
It is an exhilarating, frightening, (at times) overwhelming and wonderful process- but when everything comes together, for better or for worse, it's always an amazing feeling of accomplishment!
So I hope you'll check out my latest directing adventure...
Maggie Miguel ...a corporate american employee
Written by and starring the magnificent and talented Maggie Miguel.
It's a sexy, dirty, hilariously honest show that I'm extremely proud of in every way!

Ah-Mazing!
I had a truly wonderful time last night!
next parody... It's gonna be OFF THE CHARTS HILARIOUS!
After spending the past three months impersonating her- I finally met Jill Zarin.
Let me just say that Jill could not be more wonderful, gorgeous or funny!
The night began with me getting dressed up (in full drag) as Jill Zarin from Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York City. Let me just be clear, I don't enjoy cross dressing or spending much time in women's clothing, make-up and wigs... However, as an actor, I will do anything for a great punch line! Due to the fact that our Real Housewives of NYC parodies are such a hit on YouTube, I thought I'd take advantage of the moment and play the scenario out...
I arrived at the famous Book Soup in Los Angeles (where the real Jill Zarin had a book signing) and as expected the media went crazy!
Once the real Jill Zarin showed up, it was a surreal but outstanding evening! Jill and I have talked via phone and email for the past several months, but meeting face to face was a dream!
Jill is such a great sport- in addition to sharing our parodies with all of her fans, she decided to make a cameo in our next parody! Which we shot last night after her book signing.
All I can say is- Just wait for that
next parody... It's gonna be OFF THE CHARTS HILARIOUS!Until then I will share a few of the photos from last night... and send a million thanks to Jill Zarin for being an awesome person on the inside and out, and an amazing sport for playing along with a bunch of dorky actors and our skits!

Fun Day On The Set!
What an excellent day! There is nothing better than waking up, driving to a set, and doing what you love...
Today I got to work with Megan Mullally, Rob Corddry, Malin Akerman, David Wain and more... on the set of the new TV show "Childrens Hospital" which will air this summer on Cartoon Networks: Adult Swim line up!
I was hired as a choreographer, thanks to a recommendation by my fantastic friend, Stacy Jorgensen!
I had a brilliant time and was able to snap a few photos too! It's a good thing I did, because in some cases I think pictures speak louder than words... Check out the joy in my
face in this one:

New Car! ...sort of!
I'm so excited! Today, I got a new (gently used and well taken care of) car!!!
My very own Range Rover Freelander!!! ...I know, I know... Say no to the SUV.
But if you've read any of my previous blog entries about my green little chevy convertible...
you'll know that ANYTHING is a step in the right direction.
Especially, a really nice, well maintained car like this! Plus, it's been in the family, so I know the car history!
No more fear of driving on the 101 South and losing my soft top, or waking up to find that my car won't "wake up!"
I'm happy, because I have a luxury car now, and I didn't have to pay a luxury price!
Proving yet again, that 2010 is that start of a wonderful new decade!
On a side note, I'm also pleased to announce that my website just got a facelift! I thought it was time to spruce up the website and add the new pictures of me that the talented Alex Fox shot!
If you get a chance check out this link and let me know what you think!
And remember... "You can look and you will find it. You can not look and you will find it. That which is yours will surly come to you!" Say the Zen!

Oh snap! I just shot my rap video... fo' shizzle!

It's not very often that I'm so excited about a rap video... But when it's mine and it's off the hook... I'm stoked! I had a blast writing the song while I was working in San Francisco! I was hanging with a few close friends in San Francisco's Little Italy section, and the vino was flowin'... Several bottles and a lot of food later, we were hanging out in my hotel room laughing, acting wild and listing to the song Ego over and over again! ...I got so inspired (and shocked at just how much rappers get away with singing about) and decided to write my own rap song. ...One thing lead to the next, and before I knew it, I had an extremely vulgar and hilarious rap of my own... Naturally I decided to put a music video together once I got back to LA. ...and with the help of Jeff Payton my Director and two of my favorite girls... the video is in the can and being edited as I write!

The Ashton Kutcher Theory Challenge
After watching an interview with Larry King and Ashton Kutcher I was inspired to test an idea... That one person can reach One Million people (as Ashton Kutcher has) via Twitter blows my mind. Celebrity or not... Ashton beat out CNN, our President and countless other Celebrity and Political figures by using his voice...
So I thought I would see if the power of the Internet really works in favor of non-celebrity types like myself...
What Ashton really proved is that one person really can influence as many people as a corporation as big as CNN or even our Nations leader!
So my question is... Can a non-celebrity reach that many people on the Internet?
The test: Aplusk Theory Challenge- If I can get 10,000 people to follow me on Twitter by my birthday 5/4/09 I will shave my head on camera and post to YouTube!
